Based on the experience of Bartimaeus Baptist Temple in Dallas ( www.bbtemple.org) founded over 50 years ago by Don Whitmore (a pastor with disabilities) and his wife Anna Ruth, their time-tested Disability Ministry Model presents not only a viable long-term solution but also provides a solid foundation for even greater ministry significance in the future. Mission Accessible will transform a vision that’s as old as the Bible itself into a 2020 Vision for the New Millennium and beyond.

1. Disability affects 1 in 5 people nationwide according to the US Census Bureau.
2. Yet only 1 in 10 churches nationwide have any Disability Ministry Outreach.
3. 80% of people with disabilities are "unchurched" according to Joni and Friends.
4. Mission Accessible ministers to--and through--people and families affected by disabilities to evangelize for the Glory of God.
